In a warm invitation extended by the Director of ADFP, Mrs. Hafeza Nadi, a diverse group of cultural, artistic, and social figures, along with activists advocating for freedom of expression, human rights, and women’s rights, convened in a London hall. Their focus was on discussing the pressing issues concerning Afghanistan. Together, they expressed deep concern over the crisis unfolding in Afghanistan, particularly the alarming restrictions placed upon Afghan women and girls, which they deemed shocking and catastrophic. During their discussions, it was unanimously agreed upon to continue these meetings and to take tangible steps towards restoring the rights of Afghan women and girls.
ADFP takes pride in its commitment to human rights, with a special emphasis on advocating for the rights of Afghan women. It serves as a platform for hosting activists from various spheres including culture, society, human rights, and capacity building, all dedicated to empowering Afghan women and girls.
